Diverse.fyi is a directory of communities with job boards, newsletters, events, and other opportunities to support and source diverse engineering, data science, design, product, and other technical talent.

Building diverse teams

The first step to build a diverse team is to create an inclusive workplace. To begin doing this or to continue this work, please see the insightful recommendations put together by the Project Include team at projectinclude.org/recommendations.

A later step is to expand your network by developing relationships with diverse communities. That's where diverse.fyi comes in. You can use this directory to discover these communities.

Who am I?

I'm Abhi and I've worked in tech for the past nine years (as a SWE for 7 years and a PM for 2).

In that time, I've learned about so many amazing communities that are creating safe spaces for people of various backgrounds with technical skills. And these communities are successfully connecting their members with roles at inclusive companies.

Meanwhile, I still often hear the question: "I can't find diverse candidates" or "where do I source diverse candidates". So, I created this space to help more inclusive companies, hiring managers, and recruiters find and partner with these amazing communities.
